A couple of weeks ago, we exhibited at the Promotional Optimisation Institute’s European Conference in Amsterdam. The conference is POI’s flagship event, bringing together industry leaders across broad functions such as Revenue Growth Management (TGM), Trade Promotion Optimisation/Management (TPO/TPM) and Retail Execution (REX). It was an insightful few days of learning, connecting, and sharing ideas with forward-thinking technology and business leaders in the space.
Across conversations and sessions, a few clear themes emerged:

At our stand, we invited people to come and try out our image recognition technology first-hand. We onboarded 15 products within the space of 10 minutes that we then built into a display, typical to shops around the world, along with price tags that our technology could recognise.
It was also here where we showcased our integration with our partners over at Aforza, showing how, through Ava, you can get data-driven next steps in a fraction of the time when compared with traditional data capture.

Overall, it was an amazing three days, and we loved speaking to you all about utilising image recognition in the CPG space. A big thank you to the POI Institute for a brilliant event, and to everyone who stopped by our stand to chat, challenge, and collaborate.
